  • Can I just try you once or use you only occasionally?
    Absolutely. You can get a Free Estimate online  or over the phone , and your cleaning can usually be arranged on short notice. Try us once as a fill-in – we’re confident you’ll love us.

  • How do you charge for your Services?
    These fees are most often established by one of our managers giving you an In-Home Price quote. The In-Home Price Quotes are based on the size (sqft), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and conditions of your home. We also consider your requests and specific needs when we calculate your quote.  Once in awhile, we adjust the price after four weeks to reflect actual cleaning times.

  • How many cleaners will you send to clean my home?
    We are flexible. Generally we send two, but if you prefer one, then it can generally be arranged.

  • Will you always send the same people to clean my home?
    Yes, you can rest assured you will have always the same team coming to clean your home.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment?
     Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. You don’t have to provide a thing.

  • Do you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?
    While most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes every other week or less frequently. Even special occasions.

  • What time will you be at my home?
     If you would like us to be at your home at a specific time, we recommend that you sign up for service either at the beginning of the day or the end of the day. As we clean homes during the day, we often encounter things that delay our arrival at our next home, like traffic, or a customer who would like some additional help. For midday service, we give you a window of time for our arrival.

  • How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
    We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
    1. You may give us a key.
    2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning.
    3. You can give us the code to the garage.
    4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.

  •  What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
    Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.

  • Do you wash laundry or dishes?
    We do not offer laundry services but we will happily load/unload your dishwasher if you need and will only charge an extra $10 fee for that.

  • How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
    We require payment at time of service. We accept most major credit cards, debit card payments and payment by check or cash. If you would like to pay for services using your credit card, please visit our payment center where you can pay for your cleaning services online. Please notice that all credit cards payments should be made 24hs prior your cleaning.
