 General Cleaning List:

 

  1. Windows cleaned inside (if requested);
  2. Wash window sills and tracks;
  3. All corners dusted and cobwebs removed;
  4. Dust/wash all baseboards; 
  5. All tile and hardwood floors vacuumed and mopped;
  6. All carpeting vacuumed. 
  7. Clean ceiling fans blades and lights;
  8. Clean all wood molding around doors and windows;
  9. Trash cans emptied.

Kitchen

  1. Scrub kitchen floor, including under the movable appliances.
  2. Clean and shine chrome faucets and basin; 
  3. Wipe out appliances. (Inside appliances can be included for an extra fee. Make sure to request it in advance);
  4. Clean sink and counter tops.

Bathroom(s):

  1. Wash down tiles;
  2. Clean bathtub, sink, door and fixtures.
  3. Clean inside and outside of toilet and its base. 
  4. Polish towel racks, soap dish, and toilet paper holder;
  5. Wash mirror.
  6. Mop floor.

Sliding glass doors: 

  1. Clean/vacuum dirt from tracks;
  2. Clean window inside (Outside of one sliding door is included. More can be included for an extra fee. Please make sure to mention number of sliding doors when requesting your estimate)
