Move in 

Move in house cleaning service includes everything in a routine house cleaning and anything else necessary to make your house sparkling clean.  Kitchen cabinets and cupboards are wiped inside and out, as well as the vanities in the bathrooms. We will come in and make sure that everything is clean and sanitized before you bring in your furniture and belongings.

Move out 

We know how stressful moving can be. Having that in mind,  we designed a  thorough and effective cleaning plan to take the stress out of moving.   A move out cleaning is a very deep cleaning that also includes cleaning inside of appliances (refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, washer and dryer; Inside range hood can also be cleaned for an extra fee, and the client provides a replacement filter ). Also, when possible, appliances are moved so we can have access to clean underneath it.

  • If you are moving-out and needs the property cleaned, we guarantee you will pass the inspection.
  • If you own a property that needs to be cleaned after your tenants moved-out, we will come in and make sure every corner is clean and the house is  ready for your next tenants to move in .

 Move-out cleaning includes but is not limited to:

Move-out Cleaning Check List

 General:

 

  1. Inside windows washed in all rooms. 
  2. Inside window tracks cleaned.
  3. Window sills washed.
  4. All corners dusted for cobwebs;
  5. All baseboards cleaned;   
  6. All vinyl and tile floors washed.
  7. All carpeting vacuumed.  
  8. All acessible light fixtures cleaned.
  9. Ceiling fans blades and lights cleaned;
  10. Blinds dusted***
  11. Casings/moldings around doors and windows cleaned;
  12. Trash removed (not hauled).

Kitchen:

  1. Scrub kitchen floor, including under the movable appliances.
  2. Clean and shine chrome faucets and basin;

Refrigerator:

  1. Wash inside of refrigerator with warm water, including door and shelves;
  2. Take out vegetable drawers and wash in warm water, dry and replace.
  3. Wash and dry outside of refrigerator.
  4. Remove and wash front grill;
  5. Move refrigerator out from wall and clean underneath.
  6. Freezer cleaned.

Stove:

  1. Remove and wash racks and broiler drip pans;
  2. Clean inside of oven, top of stove, under elements;
  3. Remove all knobs and clean;
  4. Remove lower drawer and clean under stove (move it when possible).
  5. Wash and dry outside of stove.
  6. Outside range hood washed. (inside can be cleaned for an extra fee. Please remember to add it when requesting your quote)

Cabinets and Drawers:

  1. Wipe out inside and out. 
  2. Wipe out drawers with damp rag.
  3. Clean sink and counter tops.

Note: If the cabinets are extremely dirty an extra fee will be charged.

Bathroom(s):

  1. Wash down tiles;
  2. Clean bathtub, sink, door and fixtures.
  3. Clean inside and outside of toilet and its base.
  4. Clean the inside of medicine cabinet.
  5. Polish towel racks, soap dish, and toilet paper holder;
  6. Wash mirror.
  7. Mop floor.
  8. Clean light fixture.

Sliding glass doors: 

  1. Clean/vacuum dirt from tracks;
  2. Clean window inside and out (one included, extras will be charged an extra fee);
